Hey Angela, really looking forward to keeping up with your blog. I was wondering how you could tell that you have strange fat deposits and toxins etc., still in your body. Is it something you just knew yourself or did you have to get someone professional to asses you?

RawReform

Hi Claudia,
I know for myself that my body still holds old waste, as that is one of the main roles of fat - that it wraps toxins to protect us, so as my body has held so much fat in my life, it has also held a huge amount of toxins that are still not totally drained from my system - for example, on my head I have benign fat cysts of old matter that has not yet cleared - this is the kind of bizarre thing my body needed to create to deal with all the toxins I was fuelling it with...
All blessings,
Angela. x

I experienced recovery from morbid obesity with a raw food lifestyle. I have been eating raw for 4 and a half years now and have lost around 160lbs (approx. 12 stone) in that time. My life has been completely transformed on every level and I now devote my life to spreading this message of hope for natural and healthy weight loss for others living with overweight, obesity and overeating issues. My website, http://www.rawreform.com has been providing raw guidance for others for over 3 years. My e-books 'How to go Raw for Weight Loss', 'RawReform: Recipes' and 'RawReform: Revealing the Physical Changes' help thousands of people on this path to reclaim their health. In 2006 I completed two lecture tours of the USA, covering both the east and west coasts. I am originally from England, but have spent most of the last decade elsewhere - Scotland, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Iceland, Italy, Norway, Thailand... Most of the time I am living in a magical space of feeling so blessed and blissed on my path - life is AMAZING and I am full of gratitude :)
